History
Donna Loucks, Owner/Broker of D LAUX PROPERTIES has been associated with Lewis County real estate companies since 1982. She set her goal to own her own business, and this is it! D LAUX PROPERTIES IS committed to selling Lewis County properties exclusively. Donna is a licensed Real Estate Broker, has earned a designation of G.R.I. (Graduate Realtor Institute), and C.B.R. (Certified Buyers Representative), is a member of the Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Donna and her husband, Arnold live on Church Street in Castorland. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. She has lived in Lewis County for her entire life and retired from Lowville Academy & Central School after thirty-two years. During that time she also pursued a career in the real estate world. She has been instrumental in establishing another a local realty company in conjunctiono with another broker, however she came to the conclusion that Lewis County was in need of a second full service realty company which is prepared to offer friendly, progressive and up-to-date services designed to meet the needs of today's property buyers and sellers.
Agents
Carroll E. Owens, Sales Associate, has joined D LAUX PROPERTIES as a Sales Associate. He lives on East Shore Road, Chase Lake, Glenfield, with his wife Ginny and he has two grown children. Carroll, who grew up in Lewis County has held his real estate salesperson license for the past fourteen years and is very familiar with Lewis County, its properties and its wonderful assets. Carroll is excited with the prospects of selling Lewis County "One parcel at a time."
Arnold E. Loucks has earned his designation as Sales Associate and has joined D LAUX PROPERTIES. Arnold has extensive experience with properties and homes in Lewis County. He recently retired after managing his own home remodeling service for over 30 years. We look forward to his association with us.
Last, but not least is Stephen E. Kubinski. Steve and his wife Peg live in Lowville with their two teenaged sons, Joe and John.
